ABOUT US

We Are SpecPro

SpecPro is the preeminent service leader in the inspection, maintenance, repair and replacement of skylight, window and wall systems.

Our Story

An idea….a simple idea, really, was the beginning of SpecPro, Inc. The objective was to establish a company that provided exemplary customer service to building owners and property managers aimed at caring for and enhancing the longevity of insulated translucent skylights and wall panels on their facilities. Gary Martin, Sr. had seen the need for such a company beginning in the early 1980’s.

Gary Sr. and Connie Martin established SpecPro, Inc. in April of 2000 offering consultation, maintenance, repair and replacement services of insulated translucent skylight and wall panels using experienced, trained and competent personnel. A primary focus of SpecPro is to educate the owners, property managers and/or maintenance personnel on the care and maintenance of these panels to enhance their longevity. SpecPro offers free inspection/consultation to all owners and property managers in order that regular maintenance and minor repairs can be handled by onsite personnel. When more in-depth maintenance, repair or replacement is required, SpecPro is available to complete such needs using our trained and experienced personnel. Many of our owners and property managers consider SpecPro, Inc. an extension of their maintenance department.

Over the past 20 plus years, the majority of projects completed by SpecPro, Inc. have been retro-fit of existing skylights and wall panels. In cases of storm related damage to skylight or wall panels, SpecPro, Inc. has been an advocate for the owner with insurance companies and adjusters. We have conducted research to identify and document storm related damage which has been very helpful in this process.

In 2008, Gary Martin, Jr. joined the SpecPro, Inc. team as a salesperson and today is the managing partner at SpecPro, Inc. Gary Sr. with over 40 years of direct sales and installation of insulated translucent skylight and wall panel experience is our primary consultant. With just these two individuals, SpecPro, Inc. has more real-world experience than most other companies. SpecPro, Inc. often receives consultation inquiries from other distributors requesting assistance and/or recommendations for problem resolution.

SpecPro, Inc. views itself as a bonded, insured, experienced and competent customer service oriented company providing consultation, maintenance, repair and replacement services for insulated translucent skylights and wall panel systems.

Today, SpecPro, Inc. is the pre-eminent service leader in the inspection, maintenance, repair and replacement of insulated translucent skylight and wall panels.
